2 testimonials about this trip

  1. Reviewer: José Andrés located in Washington DC, USA
As a Spanish chef in America, I am so jealous of this book. Nobody embraces Spain in the heart of America with more poetry, passion, and perfection than Katie. She and her husband Félix are family to me, and I feel great joy seeing how she has grown as a person and as a chef.
  2. Reviewer: Dana Cowin located in USA
Katie Button is one the most inspiring young cooks who received the title of Best New Chef during my tenure as Editor in Chief at Food & Wine. I’m incredibly excited to now be able to replicate her fantastic Spanish-by-way-of-the-South food from this amazing new book.

We had the most amazing holiday. Paladar y Tomar listened carefully to our requests and arranged everything we wanted. Where they thought there was a better way to do things, they would suggest this and were always right! The result was a seamless trip of our dreams. We are very appreciative of all of our travel agency's efforts. Everything was beautifully arranged, from the wonderful guides who proudly showed us their special part of the world, the drivers who treated us beautifully and got us from A to B without a hitch, the gorgeous hotels in which we stayed to the amazing food that we were able to taste and appreciate. We couldn't have asked for more and would therefore recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a truly special visit to Spain.

    Good Morning Valeska

Hope you are doing well !

Thank You for making it possible for us to experience the Bull Farm. Our visit was awesome and everyone was wonderful on the Farm especially Jose Maria. He answered all of our questions (and we had a lot :) and gave us a great perspective on the world of bull fighting and Spanish culture in general ! Sorry we were not able to meet you in person this trip...maybe next time !

Thanks again and please send our regards to Jose Maria and the folks at the Bull Farm !

    Regards

    Hi Valeska,

The cooking class exceeded my expectations and was terrific! Your chef is wonderful, and her atelier unbelievable. My husband did join us, and watched, and then enjoyed lunch with us! I'll write something on facebook when I get home. Thanks again for everything--I am so pleased.
